We can write the text no worries and we can browse to insert images but the upload box stays at 0% indefinately. The photo is a jpeg.

Hi again - sorry to hear this. We did have an issue with uploads earlier in the year but we thought it had been resolved. So we can tell our developers, are you trying to do this on an ipad? Thanks

No we are using a lap top. Can't upload any images - either photos or scanned pics.
