Server Error
Two of my students cannot log in. When they attempt to login with their username ans password, they get a Server Error message. Please advise.

Hi Margaret,
Thank you for being in touch. I am sorry your students are having trouble. I will email you now to get the students' usernames so that I can troubleshoot the issue. I should be able to fix it but if I'm not, I'll contact our web developers and have them take a look. We will get this sorted out!
