Parent Presentation for Out of Eden Learn
Hi!
I am a 6th grade social studies teacher at the American International School of Chennai (India). This year will mark the 4th year I have done Out of Eden Learn with my students. For the last two years, I have presented a short workshop for the parents of my students to introduce Paul's journey, Out of Eden Walk, and Out of Eden Learn. It's important to me that they understand that this is a project we will be doing throughout the year. I have found the parents very supportive (ex. walking with their child, if needed) and appreciative of this presentation.
I am wondering if any other educators also present to parents and if they have anything to share. Feel free to use this or to modify this if you think it would be helpful:
