I have the same question. This is very frsutrating for my students. The only way to get around this is to have them attempt to upload it multiple times and to turn it upside down on the desktop before uploading it. Sometimes this works, sometimes it doesn't. If someone figure this out, let us know. It is one of the few glitches I see with the platform.

This is something we see farily often in the platform.

Rotating it on the desktop and uploading multiple times is one way to address it.

Another that is more reliable is to resize the photo so that it is smaller. This is our recommendation.

Thanks, Aly.  I will try to have students re-size images next time. It usually works out in the end, but it take multiple uploads to try to get it to work. Take care.
